Sales policy

 We do not take deposits prior to kids being born. Once the kids are born and we have an agreement with the buyer, a 50% deposit will be taken. Deposits are non-refundable. The buyer has 24hrs to get back to us when their name comes up on the waitlist and we contact them, after which we will move down the list. Animals must be paid for in full before leaving the property. 

We reserve the right to retain any kid/kids from any breeding and maintain the right to refuse the sale of an animal for any reason, at anytime. If this becomes the case, the buyers deposit will be refunded.

​Price (varies depending on breeding pair) includes registration in the buyers name (except for wethers), tattooing, deworming and coccidiosis prevention.

Bucklings must be picked up by 8 weeks of age, and doelings by 10-12 weeks depending on development, unless we have made other prior arrangements. If extra time beyond these ages is needed for you to arrange transport, we will charge a boarding fee until the agreed upon date. If no transport date is agreed upon in a timely fashion, the deposit will be forfeit and we will move on to the next buyer.

We guarantee the health of animals leaving the farm, but cannot offer further health guarantees as we cannot control the stress of shipping or the care provided in their new homes.
